Our Facade Waterproofing System
We begin with high-pressure cleaning and crack chasing, filling every crack with a flexible crack-bridging material. A deep-penetrating anti-carbonation primer is followed by an elastic, breathable waterproof coating that moves with the building, while all expansion joints are sealed with PU sealant and hydrophilic strips. Silane-based water repellents make the facade shed rainwater.
